EuroAfrica Media Network was founded in 2004. It is a worldwide Network of specially-selected top professionals from various fields, working with internet technology to solve socio-economic disparity, increase health, communication and intercultural competence across all cultures worldwide.

When we took off in 2004, we imagined the future of Germany, Europe and the world in the face of increasing immigration fueled by globalisation. At this time, we were faced with the enormous challenge of finding the best professional answers to issues of ethnic discrimination, prejudice and intolerance in Europe. We put up many ideas on what and how it should be done. Unfortunately, many ridiculed and laughed at our plans and did not take our mission seriously. The more contempt we experienced in those years, the harder we worked.

By 2005, we came up with an excellent Training Concept – a full package of all our many years of experience, hard work and research. The result of this WORK-CONCEPT today, is our proud, highly booked, EAMN intercultural Training Seminars.

The "2015 refugee crisis in Europe" confirmed that we were right in 2004. It has shown that "you don´t need to wait for measures against FIRE until your house starts burning". The "2015 refugee crisis in Europe, especially in Germany" has demonstrated clearly how quickly the illusion of an intact, functioning, social system can be shaken when adequate measures connected with immigration and cultural diversity are ignored or when steps to address them are not timely taken.

According to our experts, "Language courses not combined with professional intercultural training is useless" because integration requires not only the ability to speak the host-Language but equally, the capacity to speak its culture fluently".  Intercultural training is about behaviour modification which helps trainees to avoid or reduce cross-cultural conflicts, by learning the hidden codes in different cultures to increases customer satisfaction and business promotion.
